A Luxe Style Celebration For The 6th Marry Me at Marriott

Marry Me at Marriott is a much anticipated event for fashion and wedding enthusiasts alike.  As customary, each year showcases a select group of fashion designers to share their wedding collection complimented with venue styling by Philippines Best Event Stylists.

This year, the celebration is made special with a by invitation only dinner  for 700 guests that included soon to wed couples, top wedding suppliers, fashion influencers, and Manila's A listers.

A Mini Bridal Fair with curated wedding suppliers was made available at the foyer for soon to wed couples.

Joey Mead King is back to facilitate the program as the guests dine on a four course meal specially prepared by Manila Marriott in House Chefs.

Highlighting the evening was the fashion show by Rosenthal Tee, Mak Tumang and Amir Sali.

Opening for Rosenthal Tee, is Binibining Pilipinas International Ahtisa Manalo with Lovi Poe as the Muse.

Mak Tumang's collection of different silhouettes with romantic floral details was graced by Miss Philippines Universe Catriona Gray and Miss World Philippines Valerie Weighmann.

Amir Sali, known for his intricacy in details featured accessories that complimented his show stopping collection with Binibining Pilipinas Grand International Eva Patalinjug as muse.

The models paraded on what seems to be the longest catwalk at 200 meters that only the Grand Ballroom of Manila Marriott can accommodate, and styled by Philippines premiere event stylist, Teddy Manuel, Gideon Hermosa, and Michael Ruiz.

We can't wait for next years celebration.

Day 162 to 40: Drivee Pinas and Discount Card Design

I finally got to answer messages Im getting through Instagram, and among them was a request from Drivee Pinas to be included in the listing.

I must say, I love their unconventional collection of cars and uploaded them instantly.

Also, today...

We were able to finalise the layout of my discount cards!

My next step is to find a sponsor who would print them!

I was also excited to receive an appointment from Mon's Restaurant in Tagaytay for a meeting tomorrow!

Day 163 to 40: Bride Guide Discount Card

It has been 8 months since I launched the site www.brideguide.ph.

Apart from the 3 orders I received last February, I have not made any sale for the last 2 months.

My business permit is due last April 20, and I have not processed my the BIR registration.

I am beginning to doubt my decision to leave my job and start a business.

But quitting is far from my mind.  I just know I need to make a better strategy to reach more couples.

I'm now developing the idea of creating a discount cards for Brides and Grooms.  It will make partnerships with suppliers less complicated, and it will help drive people to my site.

I was inspired y this photo:

I want it to be distributed as a pair but can be used individually by the Bride or the Groom.  I am now in the works of having it laid out to be able to get the attention of wedding suppliers as well as the bride and groom themselves.  I want to create discount bundles not only for marrying couples, but their individual needs as Bride and Grooms.

Will this be my break to go viral?  Im hoping it would.

With God's grace... I know it would!
